These Terms govern your use of Grind Studio (https://ytgrind.site), operated by Tobia Bartolomei, Italy. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

Grind Studio lets you upload media, prepare platform-specific details, schedule posts and publish them to the YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts you connect, using the official APIs of those platforms.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity in your workspace.
  • You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.

Your content

  • You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it only to provide the service.
  • You confirm that you have the rights to publish the content, including music, and that it complies with the law and with the rules of each platform.
  • Content is published only after you or an authorised member of your workspace approves it.

Third-party platforms

When you publish to a platform you also agree to its terms: the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service (including the Music Usage Confirmation), and the Meta Terms and Instagram Terms of Use. We are not responsible for decisions taken by these platforms, such as removals, limits or API changes.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to publish spam, content you do not have rights to, illegal or harmful content, or to automate copying of other people's content.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to publish on time but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time (see data deletion). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
